is there anything i can do that will help. i hold a sore throat to so i think its because im sick but i have be for 2 days and i have got greatly better. is there anything i can do to help this? im desperate. it hurts so impossible i can barley keep my eyes open.

Answers:    stay contained by a dark room if u can or wear sunglasses and i mean grey ones.
i put a lil pressure on both sides of my head to help also. single other thing that helps me a lil is nasal strips for snoring. i no nouns crazy but it worked for me..
