I've had really dark brown colored discharge these long-gone 2 days. Yesterday it wasn't horrible, basically just when wipe. Today it was very pouring, almost like a regular period flow. Every time I stood up i could get the impression it. Also there are tiny bits of tissue that come out too, when I go to the bathroom, etc. but it's not approaching normal period tissue/clot at adjectives. I am on the birth control pill and have been (on like peas in a pod one) for over a year. My boyfriend and I are sexually active and most of the time he ejaculates while still inside me. I'm worried I might be pregnant, but I'm confused because I'm on/have be on this pill for over a year. Oh and my boyfriend and I have both been tested for STD's (everything negative), and we are surrounded by a very committed monogamous realtionship.

It may be basically an irregular period bleed, or it may be a miscarriage. No form of contraception is 100% reliable, and you may still have become pregnant.
