Ok so I know I could ask my mom or my sister but um hello no. So I guess the white goo is normal but what is it?? and when do you ovulate? I'm slightly confused about it... and I already use Tampons is that ok? should I own waited?? Also for the first few months there be notthing and now it's getting heavier and the white goo was really discouraging and gross this month. anyway this is weird and embarrassing but if you hold answers just let me know.

White goo is majority, some people have more consequently others, but while your periods are just getting started, and your hormones are flaring, it will be more noticable. Use panty liner, I think I used a lot of them when I be first starting. Tampons used to be taboo when I was a kid...only sexually helpful girls or adults used them, but now it seems everyone does, and if you're comfortable adequate to put them in, go for it. Just be sure you vary them every 4-6 hours to avoid any accidents or adverse reactions resembling toxic shock. Only use medium flow, never super. It's normal for it to bring back heavier...your hormone levels are rising. It always starts pale and lasts only a 2-4 days. As you grow, you will see it getting heavier, and remaining up to 7 days.

yes, i get the white goo too. It's called discharge. White is majority, but if it itches or changes colour, then at hand is cause for alarm.

You ovulate only after in the region of 2 years of discharge, and you will see an increase in the amount of discharge about six months previously you ovulate:)

Yes everything you mentioned sounds completely normal. Our body goes through lots changes as we age (and continues to throughout adulthood). Your period and vaginal discharge will tuning over the years. It is of course okay to be using tampons (during time of period, not for discharge), of late make sure you don't keep them within for more than what is instructed on the enclosed leaflet (generally 8 hours max), and use the smallest required absorbency (i.e. if a regular will final you 6 hours than use a regular, not a super). yea the discharge is normal. So, your probably going to acquire your period soon. I would suggest that you use a pad for the white goo to some extent than a tampon. Tampons should be used for when you have blood coming out because there is more to soak up.
