Answers: Kinda sounds like a urinary track infection and possible a yeast infection along with it. Call your Dr for an appointment. She will probably hold you pee in a cup and test your urine for the presence of microbes.Does it burn when you urinate? If so it is probably a Urinary tract infection. They are usually caused by bacteria from the anus which get into the urinary system. No big deal just call for a antibiotic. As far as the itching could be from the infection but might be caused by yeast just return with some monistat. Also after and before sex you need to pee to support prevent this in the future..
Well, let's see...
You without doubt have an infection.
Since your stomach is hurting, it is very expected a bacterial infection, and not a yeast infection, as those are usually not painful (you may have both, but absolutely a bacterial infection). The itch and lousy sensation may come as consequence of the bacteria itself.
Treating this usually requires some simple antibiotics prescribed by your doctor.
Furthermore, if you are having fever, or supurating pus, you likely have a more serious infection (I hope not), and highly likely a sexually-transmitted one such as gonorrhea. In this case, you will require more serious antibiotics.
Knowing this, you should recount your doctor and get treated as soon as possible, as some bacterial diseases can pose serious danger to your urogenital and reproductive robustness!
Cheers and all the best to you!!.
