I recently found out that I have a mass on my gone ovary and I have noticed some change and differences withiin my body. My weight has be fluctuating, lose and gain, and vice versa, abdominal soreness and pain, gas, diarihea, nausea, bad backbone pain, heat flashes, sweating, chills, indigestion, loss of appetite, tired more repeatedly, loss of normal strength, heartburn, and little other things but these symptoms can be anywhere from mild to severe. Is this normal? What could be wrong? Anyone hold similar problems or symptoms?

Did you notice the changes contained by your body before or after you found out about the mass? If after I wonder if it could be your nerves relating you something may be wrong when it isn't and you are worried. Just because there is a mass doesn't mean it's cancer. I've be told I had a mass and after the dr. said he felt a mass he instantly said, "It's probably ovarian cyst but he wanted to get an ultrasound to confirm it and see how ample the mass was. Turned out I had multiple cysts on one ovary and some on the other and the cysts did get hold of smaller throughout the time frame of several months. The dr. just had me do follow up ultrasounds to breed sure the cysts were getting smaller and not bigger. I'm surprised your dr. didn't tell you what could be going on and sign out you wondering what it could be. The dr. should know better than to leave you in request for information until you get a scan. It can cause unnessacary worrying. I'd put a phone up into the dr's office and explain you are concerned and want to know what can cause a mass. If they can't notify you anything other than to wait for an ultrasound, I'd ruminate about getting a new dr. No fitting dr. would leave a patient possibly worrying over something if it could be something adjectives. I was told cysts in my age group at the time 32 be not uncommon to find ovarian cysts.
