you hold every classic symptom of a UTI, urinary tract infection. sometimes you can flush them out by drinking lots and lots of water (thats how i solve mine when i had it) or you can step to the chemist and get some ural sachets, cranberry tablets, cranberry liquid is also great.
if you try these and all the symptoms are still there contained by 5 days, i would see a dr straight away as you will need anti biotics to heal it up. they tryout this by getting you to pee in a bottle and they dip a test strip surrounded by it and check the colors against their chart. if you dont fix it with anti biotics and just fail to acknowledge it, you can get a kidney infection and they are horrible!
