I enjoy my extent and my put money on hurts so doomed to failure what will give a hand?
Answers: i had that problem the first time i had my time of year, it was horrible. i havent had it since afterwards and ive had my period for more than 3 years. but basicaly thers not much you can do, i found lieing within certain positions helps, purely experiment a bit. also take advil or motrin or any other painkiller really. hot baths also work, and you may want to append some like nice smelling stuff to it to help you relax. i have someone massage me, but i didnt think that help. basicaly the bath helps and lieing down. also i found that drinking rime cold water helped. but it have to be so cold that you can like feel the cold going down. idk why but it help. and if u take the bath bear it as hot as you can handle. maybe try drinking rime water while in a hot tub?

try taking anti-inflammatory drugs but don't help yourself to on an empty stomach....also try a hot water bottle over the nouns or on your tum if that also hurts .....how old are you as it may be an idea to verbalize to your doctor as you may have fibroids or endomitrosis it is worth talking to a doctor and have an internal People always told me to use Tylenol or Advil, but i honestly wouldn't recommend it because it never worked for me. But a really amazing medication to use would most likely be IV-Profen. Its a pill and it relieves greatly of pain and i use it for mine. It works fast, it does its work and doesnt slack off like other ones.

To me you have it easy, I bring midol because i don't drink, but if your older than me then Tylenol can support a bit to or ease the pain. You may dance for some analgesics and antispasmodics on your doctor's advice.
