Ok so about 2 weeks ago i had this sticky yellow discharge and after i would urinate it would burn. So i went to my doctor and told him i presume i have a yeast infection or a UTI. So he had me stir pee for him and he gave me dyflucan. But it has not cleared up so it noticeably is not a UTI or a yeast infection. I still have the thick pallid discharge and the burning what do u think it could be ????? Please answer back and thank you

Answers:    Omg I have the exact some thing!! I had to traffic with it for over a year! It sounds like Trichomonas. Trichomonas is an STD. I be finally told i had Trichomonas this past tuesday. DOnt verbs its cureable but you need to go see an ob/gyn. I would jump ahead and suggest Trichomonas as the answer to your problem. It took my ob/gyn a year to figure it out!! good luck!.

Could be chlamydia or gonorrhea. You should run to a different doctor, describe your symptoms, and ask for an STD screening and any other testing they think might explain these symptoms.

By the mode, diflucan only treats a yeast infection, not a UTI. You might still have a UTI. Only antibiotics will treat a UTI, and diflucan is not an antibiotic..

dyflucan is not an antibiotic. It's a treatment against thrush. If it is a UTI you inevitability antibiotics. If it is thrush and dyflucan did not fix it- that can happen. Ask for a different treatment from your doctor. There are other treatment options.
Also your doctor should enjoy done other tests on your urine. Such as chlamydia. it could b a blatter infection. i would get it checked out by a doctor
