ok so im on day 16 of my period and its exactly indistinguishable flow as the 1st day..my blood is brown(sorry 4 that info) and im sick as hell i feel resembling im gonna die! I have absolutely no urge to move at adjectives! Any suggestions?

Brown blood is usually only old blood which usually occurs on or after the final day of your period. But the reality that you've been having your interval for 16 days is a red flag, for me. If this is unusual for you, call a doctor.
