Razor burn is the main problem, I have a great cut-throat, and use conditionar, but still get it. I know there are over the counter creams for this, but don't know what they are call. Also, how to "cure" ingrown hairs below the belt?

Answers:    You may have a great blade, but razors aren't meant for the bikini nouns. But, if you can't consider wax as an option, make sure you walk in the direction the hair grows instead of against it because going 'against the grain' cause the ingrown hairs. I've heard acne spot cream works ably on razor burn.
