Answers: Have a chat with your GP, one possibility is the pill, which will plan lighter periods and less bloody as well as helping to even them out. Heavy periods can marginally parsimonious your more prone to have an iron deficiency. I would see your GP and discuss things near him.
i had the same problem, i go to the doctors and they were concerned about my iron level and i kept passing out.
Tell your mum the way you perceive and take her to the doctors with you, this agency she will trust you more. The doctor will possibly put you on the pill and also your mum will feel more at ease as the doctor will speak to her nearly any worries about you being on the pill- this will also relief keeping your periods regular so you can work out when to expect them making life alot easier I started my term when I was 14. They were really starchy and I had really bad cramps. They continued similar to that until I was 18 and decided to jump on the pill. What a relief! My cramps were tolerable and I only just took any pain meds and my period come every 28 days like clock work. I realize you're only 14 but I don`t know going on the pill would help. Talk to your Mom and/or Doctor about it. (I go on Tri-Cyclen).
exercise helps...it also helps beside PMS!
but if you not on birth control and you doing this you need to see a Gyno... you could have PCOS which is outstandingly common in girls and women today!
perfect luck!.
see your gp, there are a number of medication thatcan helpp you, and also s/he may want to run tests to see if there is any origin that your periods are like this I would guess that it is time for a gynecologist appointment. You will be able to get the answers to these question and maybe if your periods be more regular they would be shorter 4/5 days.
Good luck!!.
