***Can I Go Swimming While I hold My Period***?
I have booked tickets for my husbands birthday to go to a big waterpark on wednesday!!
I own just come on this morning, my periods are immensely irregular and when I do get them I get extremely heavy ones!!
Will I still be able to budge swimming if I wear a tampon??
All advice will be really appreciated!!

Answers: Yes, you can go swimming with a tampon and you'll be fine. If you've never done it formerly at first it may feel uncomfortable as it expands at a rate of knots but it's fine, you won't leak or anything.

Yes, it's perfectly alright to budge swimming on your period. If you have an unusually thickset period, you can insert two tampons at the same time, if you are worried in the order of leakage.
Even if your period is solid, you are not likely to leak a significant adequate amount for anyone to tell you are on your period. Just be sure the string is tucked surrounded by :)
There is no health reason you can't swim on your term. You take baths or showers on your period, don't you?.

Urm..You Could a super plus tampon, put a new one surrounded by just before you stir to the waterpark and change it straight away after you get out of the hose! nah, i remeber back in institution all the girls use to take transcript in to school from within parents saying they were on their term so they didn't have to participate surrounded by swimming, and if that reaso was good adequate for a teacher (when most reasons typically arent) i wouldn't advise you to go swimming while on your extent... x Yeh if you wear a tampon you should be fine, but maybe try changing it throughout the hours of daylight and getting a strong one to suit your flow. Just be careful when getting out of the pool, thats when an accident can come to pass, but you will be fine if you are careful. .

You need to wear a tampon, and yes you can swim with your time of year if you only have a tampon.

yes but i'd dawdle to go until after your heaviest days... and definitely use tampons. Sure, I would give attention to so. Just take a few to change frequently and you shouldn't own a problem. Good luck. .
