Answers: you should start the day you take the first sugar pill or the time after. dont skip any days when you are finished with the sugar pills move on to your spanking new pack.

It is normal for the pill to make your flow lighter. Your OB/GYN will be jubilant to hear that. Exercise can affect your cycle, so I wouldn't be surprised if it takes a bit longer for your period to start. Your doctor will convey you to just continue on your commonplace dosing schedule & I would say you should as capably unless you are worried about getting pregnant, in which bag I would wait for the period to come newly to be sure.The time between starting the sugar pills & the start of menstruation can vary between different people. That time have become more predictable for me since I have been on the pill for 10 years in a minute... i always know it will come by the 4th day. (it used to be 2nd daytime... so keep in mind it can transform & that is fine... kinda depends on how your body changes next to your lifestyle)
It's different for everyone. My gyno told me when she put me on bc that I would just have to dally and see when mine started. And now I know exactly when mine starts every month. I take the first sugar pill on Sunday and I start on Wednesday. Everytime... it a short time ago depends on your body and the type of BC. I was on a couple different other ones before I get on the one I'm on now and my start date was different near all of them.
usually after you take 3 sugar/inactive pills, it should show up on the 4th time that you would take the next one.
so if you start respectively week on sunday, it could come wednesday, and last for 4 days. generally. it shouldn't ultimate for the entire week.
