Answers: I'd say check out sparkpeople.com. If you're under 18, try sparkteens.com. Both are free sites that provide exercise and suppertime plans to help you reach your goal. It also has support groups and a whole bunch of other resources. Also, find an exercise that you're excited in the region of. I'm taking Muay Thai fighting. Tons of fun and a great workout. You can take a hoedown class, kickboxing, whatever! I took belly dancing for a while, and that be a ton of fun too. If you're not wanting to get into a class until you're a bit smaller, get some DVDs. They're a great place to start, and a great style to try out some different workouts before you commit to one. Or join a gym that have lots of different kinds of classes available. I get horribly bored a moment ago going to the gym and using weights and running on the treadmill. The Muay Thai class is so much more fun. There is one guy who goes to the classes who has lost almost 80 pounds in the few months he's been going.
The other big piece is in changing your diet. Don't completely deprive yourself of things you love. Limit yourself to a small serving spoon of ice cream instead of a whole bowl. If you want to get through chips, put a hand full in a bowl fairly than eating from the bag so that you don't drink too many. But try and minimize the stuff like that, and stick to lots of fruits and veggies, unharmed grains, and lean meats. One meat I've found to be awesome to replace hamburger is bison. It's in fact leaner than chicken, but tastes even better than hamburger! And a bison burger is a great way to stave rotten the craving for a double quarter pounder! I've lost about 25 pounds so far, and have in the order of 40 to go, and I've done all of it using these things. Sparkpeople.com have definately been a life investor! Good luck!

Healthy weight loss is about 10 pounds a month. So your aspiration is definitely achievable. Start simple, use your cruise at motivation! How great would it perceive to go, and flaunt your new amazing body!I've also hear great success stories starting out at home, even just walking on the treadmill for a bit respectively day will get you going. Even start a blog! Place your objective up, and use that with the support of family and friends to hold on track!

It's not about counting calories or carbs. It's about the your Glycemic Index, which is the ORDER you devour carbs. Eatting the good carbs first block out the bad carbs. Go to Blurtit.com for info on this. Also, Excercise, and after doing so, drink! Your body continues to burn calories up to an hour after your finished working out, so most of what you take in is burned bad instantly. Go to your local YMCA and ask about the FITTLINX program. It is wonderful, and personally one of the best workout programs I own found. They set you up, and you work on YOUR schedule. You enjoy to change the way you approach food. I'd suggest joining an group, any online or in person. Sparkpeople or caloriecount are both really honourable. Break it down into smaller goals. Just get a plan together to transmute your life and get fit. You can do it!
