How could I hold a more regular spell?

It's not that I am completely irregular, I just have gruesome PMS for about a week and a half beforehand I ever start my period, which is always around a week late anyways. I cramp miserably bloat so much that I gain over ten pounds, and my mood swings are so out of control my home and friends can't even stand to be around me, is there any way I can lend a hand this issue out?

Answers:    birth control. i've seen the commercials for Yaz... i'm not sure if it actually works... it absolutely depends on what kind you use though, because i am on the NuvaRing, and i still cramp misreably and bloat. and when you first go on birth control you may own mood swings just because your body isn't used to the extra hormones.

but if it's really that bad, it's worth a try.
My wife have had some of these issues off and on. A stop by to the ob/gyn resulted in a couple things:

1. getting on birth control pills to put the body's hormones back contained by balance

2. surgery to remove cysts and fibroids in the uterus and ovaries which be interfering with her period and cause pain.

I recommend you visit an ob/gyn. They will be capable of tell you what's going on and offer some solutions..
I know that aerobic exercise can assist a lot with pms (and also depression). It is a biddable, healthy way to relieve stress contained by any situation.

To help with the bloating I hold found that water pills really help me perceive better in that area (of course you stipulation to make sure you stay hydrated... and it tends to fashion you pee a lot).

The best thing really in situations similar to these is to ask your doctor. One of the already posted answers said that getting on a birth control pill may help. And that is true. Many birth control option will lessen your periods and also the symptoms that come along with it..

Depending on your age you could go on birth control pills. If you are too young for that later there isn't anything you can do. I think it depends on what make your irregular, but my friend had the same problem, and the pill help a lot. .
