I use always extra long pads. The just time I have leaked on them is sleeping at darkness because I slept a straight 8 hours, which you need to change your wad more often. Just use extra long and make sure you are varying them every 3 to 4 horus and it should be okay. Another good way is to buy the ones beside wings that stay in place so you dont enjoy to worry about it moving around or becoming unstuck.What can you guys put in the picture me going on for..?
Get some pad! If they're small use two (not one on top of each other) place after end to end, i do that until that time i go to bed and before i jump to school and i still have leak MAYBE once or twice (But that's only cuz my period is robust =[)Why won't you use a tampon? They are the most sanitary, you can't feel them, and they reduce any odor. Pads are icky.

Use a pantyliner similar to always, kotex, or equate. They are normally down underneath the tampons in the store in here own section.just break down and use a tampon, theyre the most effect and i focus the most sanitary.
But some extra thick pads and adjustment them every four hours.
