no ovaries , fall tubes, uterus, cervix, yet I own an adnexal complex mass of 6.6 been there 7 months, that I know of, pelvic distress, pain when passin a bm, 24/7 bloating even if i don't eat for 20-30hrs, am 44, no children. but 11 months ago they did run through the groin area to put in heart stents, I asked if it could be a blood clot, or anything to do beside that surgery, they said No, didnt look like it on all assessment or feel like it upon a physical exam. that it showed juice on top, pockets with growth and echoes, and my doc wishes it out, but i just had 2 surgeries 11 months ago, and dislike intensely to be opened again, cause the stent surgery not here my R leg numb with muscle/nerve damage, what's the likelihood it's maligant??

An adnexal complex cyst could still occur if it has formed surrounded by an area that would have be situated behind the uterus (if still there) called the cul-de-sac.
