Has anyone ever notice that stuff from ann summers...?
Answers: Yes I find their stuff breaks efficiently and they don't want to know !!
I also find their stuff very expensive so I don't shop there any more I progress on line now, on these two sites the products are much cheaper and more reliable..
It is over-priced rubbish; the best point about Ann Summers is the parties. You can enjoy a great laugh at the party games. Then you discern you have to buy stuff. I bought a black lace French knicker set with equivalent bra from the brochure at the party I went to.
When it arrived, the bra be too small and the knickers were HUGE, even though they are meant to be equal size.
I never wore either of them, but I ended up paying EUR40 for the set..
It's rubbish made contained by China but they're hoping that people are too embarrassed to help yourself to it back. My boyfriend said to get a toy to spice up things, so I get this white thing with different attachments for going on for 30 pounds. The white colour started turning yellow and it stopped working after about four times of using it.
I also bought their perfume as I thought it might be sexy, but my boyfriend said it smelt close to toilet cleaner so I just used it as a bathroom freshener.
Edit: Oh I also bought something at one of their parties and the box be all crumpled and it turned out she sold me the thing she used as demonstration. It be a present for somebody so I wanted it to look nice. I emailed her about it, but she kept making excuses to not contribute me a refund. I only bought it because I feel sorry for her as hardly anybody tuned up to her party.
I go to a Stringfellows party another time and I thought their things were better ability. I don't know if Stringfellows still sell things though, as it was ages ago I go to the party..
legally, buying anything over network, you are covered by distance selling regulations and all goods, giant street purchased or online, must have a statutory one year guarantee, if something breaks within 12 mths you are liable for a replacement or discount. Despite it being underwear it should be fit for the purpose it was designed for and not tip out apart. I would think they would replace and not fob you off, contact customer services. Lol yes their stuff is opening too over priced and does break easily but once lol i went at the train of thier sale and brough pink stocking that are now 6 months older, still perfect and they were 50p! lol :D.
my wife as purchased lingerie from ann summers and she tell me that they quite often are of poor level and charged at extortionate prices Yes, I bought some stockings (hold ups). Would they stay ? No they did not. Ann Summers is way to expensive. I shop elsewere now..
To report things as I see them, Ann Summers sell expensive rubbish. what's this got to do near women's health?
