Find yourself a hobby that you enjoy and get accurate at it - that's the best way to boost your self-confidence! I was bullied at institution, and when I was 14 I took up archery; I've never looked back since. It's great. It shows you that you are powerful of doing something that not everyone can do, plus it's a brilliant stress-buster. I would imagine the same is true of militaristic arts, but if you're less of a contact-sports person, similar to me... people bully because they are insecure about themselves. construe how much more you have than them. do sports, get involved contained by a team sport if you can, doesnt have to be sporty, freshly a team. rollerblading is great fun, stress busting, and can work up some speed and get your anger out. if you ever want to chitchat, message my profile, and i'll add you on msn :)
