I have been taking the contraceptive pill (oestrogen based) for almost 2 years and i don't want to pocket it any more because i don't like the effects it could (and probably does have) on your body. BUT my partner doesn't like the theory of having to wear a condom so i was wondering if anyone have any ideas on natural contraception, eg. does the rhythm method work??

(please don't answer next to "just wear a condom", i'm looking for ALTERNATIVES!) :)

Answers:    You could try the FAM (Fertility Awareness Method) but it would take lots of studying first. Go out and gain the book, Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Wenschler. It will explain indetail the female reproductive system and is highly successful surrounded by preventing pregnancy and achieving pregnancy (if you so desire later down the line).
