Answers: Tampons; for me.
Although, tampons can be a bit tricky your first time trying them. So i've heard. My first time was vastly easy. But everyone has a different feelings on them. To me, pads feel resembling a diaper on a little kid. Once you get your extent. You're no longer a little kid. You're more mature and will instigate going through puberty. Good luck hun..
Pads have the tendancy to bunch up and shift position during a lot of hobby (unless you have super-tight underwear).
Tampons may take a short time practice - kinda weird at first.
If your period is super-light, you could use a panty liner - smaller amount bother than full sized pads; easier for a beginner than tampons.
If the flow is more than a panty liner can handlle -
unequivocally go for the tampon.

To run you would wantt o use a tampon, but for like a common day at school or something a wad is fine. Tampons were made for sports and upbeat activities approaching running in your case, but pad were made for a more settle or simple activity approaching reading and relaxing. Tampons! You cannot feel them! You forget you even have your time of year when using them! You can feel pads when walking/running or doing any exercise. It make you extremely uncomfortable and can slow you down..
its easier to run in a tampon because you dont even catch sight of its there but if you feel self-conscious i would wear a pad also. but to me, pads are pretty self-conscious tampon, pads will make you have a feeling uncomfortable, my suggestion is to buy sprot tampons, and use a very high pantie liner just in suitcase.
i don't think you should use a tampon since you just started using tampons.use a wad later on like perchance next time, but not the first time. Tampon defiantly. Sometimes when you move around a wad leaks.*.
Definitely a tampon. You may feel the wipe rubbing against your thighs as you run. pad a tampon is sort of uncomfortable especially if ur gnna be running around alot.
tampon tampon!.
Tampon for sure! Pads have a feeling like diapers. i would suggest using tampons! .
Tampon, trust me! since you just started your interval, DON'T use a tampon. trust me. wear pads for the first couple of years.
