Answers: dont clench when your peeing cos some bacteria contained by the piss can stay inside and u could get an infection, but your talking going on for "pelvic floor muscles", ya they do help when your pushing out a baby cos 1 minute the nurses will transmit u to push and the next they'll tell u not to push, so u obligation to be able to hold it otherwise you'll tear begin. u can practise clenching the muscles whilst on the computer even. dont know about the virginity tho, losing mine didnt hurt at all, what hurted be he was so big!!.
childbirth is supposed to hurt damn it!how could it not?you're expelling another human being from inside you.but it's bearable.the strain is almost never as bad as the anticipation of pain.that individual said,kegels help tremendously,because you're strengthening a muscle(your vagina)and more than easing pain,it help you to not tear,and helps you restore to health afterwards.also,if and when you get pregnant,GET A MIDWIFE!!doctors will cut you.kegels and a midwife will help you stretch and not break said muscle What you are referring to is called a kegel. It is an exercise that helps strengthen your pelvic muscles. It doesn't really get childbirth hurt less but it does help after the child is born.
