i just went on a camp trip with my friends in the woods and when we get home one of my friend checked herself for ticks and found fifteen ticks! i checked myself and got zero. my friend be on her period and i wasn't. is it possible that ticks are more attracted to people who smell similar to menstrual blood or something?

Answers:    OMG! LMAO! NO NO NO! She probably ran into a nest or something. I live in a deeply rural area of NC. I have 3 kids that play outside within the woods on a regular basis. I have have days when one was covered in ticks beside not a one on the other 2. It just happens sometimes..
