Like 2 days ago the side of my breast has been hurting (when I touch it or press against it even gently) and it hurts as if it be bruisied.

I checked it out and I didn't feel any lumps or any coloring in overnight case it was bruisied.

Should I be worried?

It could just be bruising. Not adjectives bruises show. If it continues to cause you discomfort, I would suggest seeing a doctor.
