Why does it hurt to push a tampon within?
Answers: You're probably not in the right position. Try standing up and putting one foot up on the toilet seat. Or try squatting down. Some women's cervices (that's plural for cervix!) are angled brand of funny and it causes some tampon difficulties. It doesn't mean you can't use them - it in recent times means you have to find the right position that will get them work. :).
The applicator needs to go within all the way first - but the overall answer is you probably are anxious and tense instead of relaxed. That makes it harder to do it.
Try this site, it have an audio file that will hypnotize you and teach you how to relax totally to insert a tampon. It works amazingly economically.

it is normal..usually that means it is pushing into your cervix (sp?). But if you relax it usually go in a lot easier. Sometimes also raining the tampon with water and it slips surrounded by a whole lot easier. If you are a new tampon user I would recommend using a slim OB tampon. I've used those beside both my daughters and have had great nouns. No applicators to confuse things. Take your time, relax, and read instructions. Good luck!.
an easier and alot less sensitive way to put a tampon in is to verbs the applicater as u use it and make sure u put it all the course in so u dont feel the tampon. yeah i would suggest the OB ones i suggest? they are the ones that have no applicator and are SOOO much easier the first couple times!.
First of all it desires 2 go all the course in
Change ur brand...I use Tampax Pearl and they're absolutely painless
