Exercise During Period?
Answers: Exercises wont affect your schedule. Though it is VERY beneficial within reducing cramps, bloating, discomfort. Go for a walk, do yoga (just no headstands!) anything that gets your body moving is appropriate!! .
I think that exercise is good during your extent because i think that all the twinge goes away while you exercise but i'm sure it doesn't get over sooner i don't construe exercising makes the period lighter or shorter but our Physical Ed lecturer says exercising with your time of year is good..
Exercise increase blood flow to to the uterus that make the blood flows faster. It will be equal even on the next cycle Exercise is good when your on your time but it doesnt make it leave faster. Mine stays alike.
