Easy at home exercise?

Lay on your back and put your hands losing your head.
Raise your head and one knees at the same time where you can touch your right elbow to your vanished knee and then your not here elbow to your right knee. That helps work your stomach muscles. For your arms you can walk buy some hand weights to use..
crunches for your tummy :). try 6 minute abs.. basically you do a different type of ab workout for one minute minus stopping and switch workouts every minute- and no breaks in between! you can choose which ab workouts you want. if you don't know any yourself search google or youtube. also lunges are great for your, um, posterior. for arms - pushups. simple but firm at first! if you need to ease into them, do partially pushups - put your knees on the ground, and try pushing yourself up from there. good luck!
