Answers: ~~I always like "Always." They are so soft beside the liner they use I never had irritation, they make different absorbency sizes and have the wings. Never had a escape with them. If your really active you will appreciate the liner that stays soft and wicks away moisture.~~.
Personally, I don't suggest pads are good at adjectives when you are active. From my experience from being enormously active, the pad can shift and basis some very embarrassing leak. If you must use pads because you can't use tampons, I would suggestion always overnight pad. I say no- I have be very active and it sucks when u be aware of it gush and run to the bathroom and u have bleed through ur panties and through ur pants. Tampons are best for busy people and use a pantie liner. If u r young,, they might not be right for u..
I tend to be alive and have a job where on earth I work outside, so I use Always with wing, extra long, overnight protection. well for those who are alive, tampons are best so its not noticeable.
but you'll want to use a maxi with wing so it doesnt move at all and its thick..
Always next to wings, the real long ones, not the regular close to 5 inch ones. It's crazy how much your underwear moves when you do. lol i'm wit ya 4 the tampons thing...prolly one with wing...but it knida does suck 2 feel the blood gush around...srry *a hem* 2 graphic...lol
