You have to finish the pack completely before starting a bright one. The browns have nothing but sugar contained by them, but they keep you on the proper schedule. You will start the subsequent pack after you fininsh the brown pills. You should start the new pack on the same afternoon each time you open a unusual one, like if you started on Monday with your first pack, you should set off the next one on a monday, so the last brown pill will be on sunday.

Swallow or at most minuscule take out and throw away the brown pills once a day.. same as the white (but ALWAYS embezzle the white). You dont HAVE to take the brown, they are reminders each hours of daylight until the new pack starts..make sense? You dont start the unmarked pack until the "brown pill" days pass.

I finish an entire pack including the brown (placebo) pills. It's pretty much just similar to an iron supplement, so I figure since women tend to have lower iron level when menstruating it can't hurt.
