So obviously I'm on my period. And I've be having SEVERE back and stomach pains. What are some rationalized ways to calm these pains? Please help! ha. I've tried cramp killers for my back, but they aren't working. Any suggestions ??!

Toxic Shock Syndrome?

advil, motrin, or ibuprofen-my favorite. Caffeine (especially when it's within chocolate :) ), believe it or not, helps too. Exercising before your interval also minimizes my cramps. But the treatment that works best for me is definitely a long hot shower or bath. Let the hose run over your stomach and back, it relaxes the muscles. I hope this helps, and perceive better!

As all the others have said also but I'm not proverb you have too do this and that is try have an orgasm. I have read and been told by those that do help with the pain. Sex supposedly help. But again not saying you have too. Many woman delight in it will they admit it NO but like I said they will not make a clean breast it mostly on in person or to the husband or BF. You could try it and if it works who is too know but you unless you share it here. But next that would be up to you.
