Do you have an idea that I'm alright?

Ive had a nasty germs infection since monday and Ive had some very bleak diarrhea. Its been pretty severe, I could hold food down and all, but when I would walk, it would be a lot and practically water. Sorry for adjectives the details. Anyways, today I've eaten toast and broccoli and drank plenty of water and ginger juice. I do have to preserve letting some out but each time its a very tiny amount. This chronological time I did see just a small amount of mucus on the paper when I wipe. Do you think its going away? Is seeing mucus bad? Is in that anything else I can do? And no, I cant take anything, because Im 19 weeks pregnant and was advise to let it clear my system. Advice please?

Answers:    When you have diarrhea you should other use the BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice, Apples (or Applesauce) and Toast.

If it doesn't clear up soon, you should go to Urgent Care; dehydration is the #1 concern for people near diarrhea, so you should be monitored. .
I'm no doctor, but orange juice and broccoli might incite your systems further with them containing fibre. Drink plenty of hose as you are doing, but also have starchy foods like bread to try and soak it up so to speak. Considering it's be five days, maybe you should go to the doctor on Monday if it's not stopped. With you self pregnant, do you know if you can take imodium or something similar that controls diahorea(can never spell it sorry!) Sorry I can't be much help, hope you're ok and congratulations on the pregnancy x Since your Preg I would freshly call the nurse or doc,,let them know give or take a few the mucus and stay as hydrated as possible. I recently had one and the same problem I called my doc like 4 times and they merely kept telling me that I had to stay hydrated and loaf it out. I never noticed any mucus though. .
There is something called the 'BRAT diet' that will back you eat until you feel better. Bananas, rice, applesauce, tea, toast. Avoid dairy foods and by the course, broccoli is kind of hard for a tummy contained by distress to digest. The mucous is normal, it's your body trying to coat and protect your digestive system. Take it easy, lots of fluids and contact your Doc if things don't augment. Congrats on the pregnancy! being you have have it for so long i would say you need to run to the dr because they can give you something for it .
I think you should see a doctor right away especially since you're pregnant oh,noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...
