Is this a PMS?

I know if your body is tired from lack of sleep it can affect many things. Hormones such as progesterone can oblige a person sleep. So when a woman’s progesterone levels drop during menstruation and rise during ovulation, her sleep can be artificial. Pregnancy or birth control pills can also disrupt normal sleep.

While have sex, the condom slipped stale. i didn't be aware of anything going through my vagina though.?

Change in sleeping stencil wouldn't change the menstruation cycle although ur new sleeping outline is not healthy one unless u r doing some kind of hours of darkness duty in ur job.
There is no damage in getting the pregnancy test done as at times u may not own the classic signs of pregnancy.
Pregnancy, by the way, is not the only risk u r taking by have unprotected sex. It is dangerous 2 ur health.

What are some exercises i can do to tighten up.. down nearby?

It is true that any kind of change that stresses out your body can bring hormonal changes that can affect your period.

Having said that, it is also possible that you are pregnant. Small amounts of sperm are present contained by the pre-*** which a man's penis secretes during the whole sex stroke. This is why the pull-out method, where a man doesn't ejaculate into the vagina, is not a secure birth-control method.

You requirement to get a pregnancy test and find out.

Also, spotting (or wispy bleeding) does not mean that you are not pregnant. Many women experience spotting when the fertilized egg embeds itself into the bin liner of the uterus.
This spotting is usually a bright red color, rather than brown.

But the bottom line is, you could be pregnant. You stipulation to get tested and if you don't like using condoms you call for to go to Planned Parenthood and get on the pill.

Good luck!
