What are some exercises i can do to tighten up.. down at hand?

yeah, they're called Kegel exercises, and the method is to squeeze those muscles and hold. An easy process to start is this, when you are peeing, stop the pee in mid stream, hold it, start peeing again, stop again, and keep starting and stopping until you hold finished peeing. This way you get to know the attitude of contracting those muscles. Then you can contract them and hold it anytime you want, standing or sitting, anywhere you want, since no one can tell to be precise what you are doing.Did any of you go on a Lemonade Diet or a Master Cleanse Diet?
I know this going to sound really crude but during sex i tighten my muscles down there, and sometimes do the tightening exercise, simple really once you know how to clench and release, and not to nouns weird, but i have have many people compliment my 'down there' lol..Good luckBledding twice surrounded by a month.?
Kegal excerises =) vitally clenching and releasing your vagina muscles. You can do it while you pee, instead of letting it flow like you normally would, stop it 5-10 times. When you seize the hang of it you can do it when you are not peeing. You can do it as often as you approaching.Good luck
