I'm on my period and I have cheerleading practice similar to every day, and I dont want to wear a pad because im a flyer! It feel to icky to do splits and stuff too. I cant wear a tampon either because it never goes contained by and i cant use one properly. HELPP. SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE

Answers:    I know how you feel. I'm also a cheerleader and flier. I hate when my interval comes for cheer leading, but I just wear some perfect undies and a nice pad. I know it feels unexpected, but you'll get use to it.

Wellyou will own t practice using a tampon. I recommend using a slim to start off with. You can also buy tampon starting past its sell-by date kits. Good Luck! You either own to get through the learning curve of tampons or wear a wipe. Unfortunately that's about all you can do..
