what i really needed was really some showery tissue to wipe away the blood that actually dripped down your legs, some pads atleast you enjoy to change pads approaching 4 times during the first few days. I woulnd't recommend tampons cause tampons aren't as hygenic as pads.
You will also inevitability to bring around a new [air of underwear... jsut incase it's full of blood~
before you grasp your period you might notice and increase amount of white discharge or resembling a clear colour and your period usually comes like a few months after that~

I hold one in my backpack for school. I am going into eighth order and still haven't gotton my first period yet. So...yea. I hold a mini travel size deoderent, a few pads, an extra pair of underwear, a short time wipe in case I bleed through my clothes, and I put it adjectives in an extra pencil case so it blends contained by with all of my other institution stuff. I wouldn't suggest putting a tampon in your first period pack because usually you wouldn't use on when you draw from your first period. Hope I helped. You will become a striking young lady. Erm if it's your first time i would recommend using pad but it's up to you.
As soon as you start to smell you should start using deodrant - once in the morning should see you through the day.
If you thought your period at school, and you hold blood in your knickers spare underwear may come in handy. But but for it doesn't matter, just stick a wad over it, having a little blood contained by your undies wont kill you until you get home.
Body spray or perfume nice to have with you only in case you start to smell or anything.

it sounds like you have it covered. start out beside pads, then if you want to switch, jump for tampons. i personally prefer them so i don't have to sit contained by my own blood. But pads, deodorant, underwear, perfume or body splash. I can't think of anything else you would really stipulation. If your parents allow, maybe make-up too, because acne happen to most of us. you should be wearing a deodorant always..
but its not that much of a big deal.newly get pads and put them contained by your locker.and the first time is very little blood....and you will feel it right away..
you can also hold convert and by a pad from the school nurse...

Yeah I would say pads, pantiliners, I don`t know one or two tampons, wipes, lotion, undies, deodorant, and maybe some man stick. I can't think of anything else at the moment.

yeah... i would put underwear, pad, if you no how to use tampons put them in there, uh deoterant, and perchance like an extra pair of shorts or something resembling that in case you bleed through.
