I am planning to take a trip in a few months. With adjectives the new airport security, I own a quick question.

I am currently on birth control and own a "prescription" through Planned Parenthood. They basically give me my birth control pills within a white compact, but there is no prescription label on it since I buy the pills directly through them. I be wondering if it would be a problem flying on a plane because there is no prescription information on the compact? Would I need to bring proof of some sort that it is okay for me to hold these? I'm just not sure what to do since they don't actually provide you a prescription like you'd normally own if you went through a doctor. I need to stay on calendar so I cannot afford to have my pills taken away.

You can be assured that airline collateral will not "flag" or remove your birth control prescription. There is no precedence for them doing so, so you can expect to have no problems there.

I don't think there would be any call for for a label as long as they are in your suit satchel and not in your carry on. I hold flown about 8 times in the passed year and hold always just have pills in bags (pain reliever) and hold never had a problem. Good Luck -- I understand your concern.

I don't give attention to they mind as long as you keep it in your suitcase. But if you're still worried afterwards you may want to call the airline just to be sure. You never know in our time.

No. i dont think that they would take them away. they more than credible, know what they are. so just have them surrounded by a suit case, not a carry on. and hope it doesnt gain lost ;]
