is is normal to have your spell for seven days just as heavy respectively day? its my second period.ive have cramps and eeverything each day. its stayed creamy every day. i have to revise my pad like every 2 hrs...it drives me nuts. i use the hard to digest ultra thin with wing pads. its supposed to be for heavy period but it gets full every second. it drives me nuts. what should i do?? hints! i tried using a tampon but i culdnt get one contained by?

Lying to doctor?

If you said its your second period, it shouldn't be so bad this soon, even the cramps. You should be in motion see a doctor, and tell your mom, the doctor can give you birth control which will brand your cramps not so bad, not so much bloating, and a lot smaller number blood.

Yes, it is mundane. Your body is not regular yet so give it some time to adjust to its cycle but if you are truly concerned bid your doctor. Tampons are not that much better because you'll probably need to change them only just as often. Try using pads that are not ultrathin...I know it might discern strange at first but they will hold more. If you do decide you want to use a tampon I would suggest a tampon with a plastic applicator and as far as inserting it try following the box's instructions. The central thing about tampons is getting the angle correct...which sometimes resources you might have to squat or put one leg up on the tub or toilet in demand to get it in. Also, it wouldn't be a impossible idea to talk to your mom in the order of it, she's been through it too you know.

When i had heavy period i used the Night Time ones that are longer and thicker, maybe try them ??

Also having immense periods can cause problems. I get Iron Defiency Anaemia from it :|

I hear ya! I know it sucks so badly, I mean resembling we wanted it so badly, but consequently when we get it we wish it didn't begin. OMG! I use those pads too and mine also gets full every second! But you know it's commonplace! Since it's your second one your body is still getting used to this whole period entity. Some people just inherently get heavy period. But don't worry it's normal.
