Have you had a baby earlier? I have the Marina and love it. I'm 18 and i've never had a kid previously so they had to pry open my cervix which hurt remarkably badly. Other than getting it in in attendance, its perfect. I think i've have it for about a year and my periods are starting to slow down so much that I don't even stipulation to wear a pad or tampon. There is a string that hangs down but take home sure that they cut it pretty short so you or anyone can feel it because it gets kinda annoying. But I really resembling it, its great! But in the beginning you will bleed for a month or so depending on your body.
