Bikram/Hot Yoga!? ?
Answers: I surmise yoga is great for all ages.. it isn't hard on the joint and it's relaxing.. just know your limits.. don't money attention to the people around you - if you hurt yourself it defeats the point of the workout! For hot yoga in recent times make sure you stay hydrated.. drink lots of water past and after class!! You're at a great age to start finding workout routines that you enjoy and will continue to do as you go and get older to help hold you healthy!! Have fun with it! Good luck!.
