ARE Tampons suppose to HURT or quality UNCOMFORTABLE???

I have had my extent for around a year and a half and I have to jump play a athletic sport that involves a lot of running. If I just wear a wipe it eventually gets itchy and burns and I can't go modify it. Tampons seem to hold the most but they are uncomfortable and slightly sore. Am I just putting it in the wrong place conceivably or is it suppose to feel like thaT?

Answers:    No it shouldn't hurt, you are probubly putting it contained by wrong, try putting some lubricant on the tube so you can insertthe tube in further, good luck .
NO! it's not supposed to hurt at ALL. you shouldnt perceive anything if it's in right.

when i first started using tampons it would feel almost similar to...it was coming out. or it wasn't in adjectives the way. is that what you feel?

you've gotta clear sure that when you're sticking the applicator in, you put it in until your fingers that are holding onto the applicator (on the grip or whatever) are touching the exit to your vagina, if not almost inside it. THEN you push the tampon inside. if you are still feeling discomfort, try the smallest absorbancy (Light or super light)
if THAT doesn't facilitate, then maybe you're a short time ago not meant to wear tampons. some girls have different shaped hymens that don't allow them to wear tampons.
(but i doubt that's your case)

i hope i help! good luck :).
I've been near. what i learned it that when you insert the applicator that should not hurt! if the applicator hurts when you push it in, afterwards you're pointing at the wrong angle. there are usually little ridges where your fingers are supposed to turn, hold it there. when your fingers touch your body, push it in. ***When it is within right YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FEEL IT!! if you can it is in crooked or not far enough contained by. You shouldn't be wearing pads during running. A good tip is that after you insert a tampon, stand up and if you get the impression it fix it. If you can't its all good. Make sure you modify it every 4/5 hrs. Over 8 and you could get sick. .
it takes practice, try the satinboard tampax liberal if they still make em. they are really smooth and slippery and easier to insert correctly. also try standing up with one foot on the tub or toilet and aim the tip of tampon toward your lower subsidise as you insert No, tampons are not suppose to hurt. Maybe you are putting it in the wrong spot, or you are using a tampon that it too big. Try using a smaller size with a liner.
Good Luck!.

You enjoy to put them in high plenty so that you no longer feel it. If you feel it consequently it's a sign that it's not pushed in high ample. No the right tampon doesnt hurt or feel unfomfortable. make sure your putting it within all the way and the right process and maby sure its the right size.
1. you gotta angle it towards your lower back

2. IT HAS TO BE IN FAR ENOUGH ( i think i.e. why it is uncomfortable for you!).
tampons should not be used...they can cause TSS(TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME) highly contagious disease
