Well if its on your obverse, depending where there may not be much you can do. You can try to weak back of the spoon trick that you use on a hickey. Just be careful not to injury the skin on your face, could end up looking worse if it is a diaphanous area. Good Luck!
LOLz well depending where on earth i would try the back of a spoon and moving it in a circular motion. dont press too rugged.
