I dont even remember the last time I got it. The highly first time was in july and the 2nd be exactly one year later. and the rest were also really far apart close to that. I know what your going to say, "oh it takes a few years to adjust" but it is something I'm doing? I hear excercise affects it. But I acctually want to get it soon because the longer I wait, The worse Its going to be. have anyone else had this?
