Anyone know the difference between Sprintec and Tri-Sprintec birth control?
Answers: I was on tri-sprintec, well still technically am, but my doctor have just switched me to sprintec (today actually) he said the only difference is that next to tri-sprintec you have a different level of hormones every week where on earth with sprintec you have indistinguishable level of hormones every week. If you have severe mood swings or greatly of break through bleeding (like i did) your doctor will probably put you on sprintec. Certain people dont react very well with the different levels of hormones because of the amount you already produce, which cause the mood swings. Sprintec will have an even level of hormones every week, almost eleminating the moodswings. Hope this help.
