It's possible to get a 'vaginoplasty' to make your vulva (the opening- "outside parts of your vagina" look "prettier," but individually I think that is abundantly of crap. It's very expensive, extremely painful, and if you plan on have children you shouldn't get it done, because then your vagina and vulva won't be capable of stretch enough.
