Can the "monthly bleeding" on the Dianette pill indicate pregnancy i.e. is it a "real" length?
Answers: The placebo week is at hand to create an artificial period (also call withdrawal bleeding). There is an overall possibility of more or less 2-5% that pregnancy will occur during pill usage; the "period" is in attendance because women got freaked out support in the 60's and 70's over not have a period; the manufacturer accomodated them by putting a week in where on earth they'd have a computer-generated period to label them feel better.
It does not indicate that you avoided pregnancy, although if you miss two consecutive "periods" it could indicate a possible pregnancy.
Any spell you have on any pill is not a true length. It's just your body shedding the bin liner because there are no fertilized eggs present. But since on the pill your body never released an egg to instigate with if you're taking it properly (everyday, same time). You can't be pregnant.
Don't verbs yourself sick or your periods past due. You wouldn't have satisfactory blood to merit being call a period if you be pregnant, you'd be spotting even if you were on the pill. The hormones contained by the pill help regulate it, they don't variety your period a moment ago go automatically during the placebo/rest week.
