Is it true that an adult virgin's first time will possibl hurt more than a teenager's first time? (teenager - I connote 16-17 yr old)

I read that somewhere because teen virgins's muscles are less tight due to puberty. Adult virgins are tighter than teen virgins, thus it might hurt more Is it true?

however, if anything, wouldn't it be totally the other way round? teenagers are smaller amount likely to be properly and fully developed afterwards an adult.
