Went to gyno and have some bloodwork done?

how long does it take for them to draw from the results, and also can they tell if you are pregnant from doing a cbc and chemistry...something

Answers:    Usually when a gyno does blood work on a woman they look at things such as hormone level and thyroid levels and iron. I believe they would also do a CBC to check blood platelet counts because blood cell irregularities could indicate cancer or leukemia. I have a full blood panel run and I got partly the results back within 3 days and the other half surrounded by 10. It just depends on how far away the lab is that they distribute them to.
Results are usually back within a few days and they don't include a pregnancy test surrounded by a cbc. It is only included if your doctor asked for it along next to the cbc. I'm not sure why your gynocologist would be doing a cbc. A cbc gives information almost the kinds and numbers of cell in the blood, especially red blood cell, white blood cells, and platelets. A cbc help your doctor check any symptoms, such as weakness, fatigue, or bruising, you may hold. A cbc also helps him or her diagnose conditions, such as anemia, infection, and plentiful other disorders. The results should take just about a week or two to come back. This does not narrate if you are pregnant or not.
