Missed spell on the pill?
I'm wondering if I should be worried though.
I be previously on depo for 6 years and 2 months ago went on the pill. Last month I have a regular period but this month, zilch! This is my week off and I've be having minor cramping and some irritability, but I'm due to thieve my first pill tomorrow and haven't had a spell. I know for a fact that I'm not pregnant, so is in attendance a reason I didn't go and get my period even though I've be having other symptoms? Is my body a moment ago getting used to the hormones, or have I seriously messed myself up by one on depo for so long?
If anybody has any experience contained by this or answers for me, it would really ease my mind.
Thank you!
Answers: it's typical to skip and/or have spotting contained by the first few months of switching to a new BC
glad to know you get off the depo-- i save hearing horror stories more or less it.
It's normal on some pills to enjoy no periods or a remarkably light time. It's just your hormones. I know abundantly of people own very irregular period after depo. If you miss your next one, ask a doctor. Ask your doctor or clutch a test?!
My guess is that your body is only just getting used to producing hormones again. Getting off depo won't bring you any bodily harm, however it will mess next to your cycle for ages. For me I had three regular months, afterwards nothing, next 6 months non stop light flow... Really annoying. Also if you not long lost allot of weight that could be why, or if you're really stressed.
tht is a cross-examine to ask a doctor.
i no tht in some inhabitants they cant eat anything sour or in attendance period will move about away also when its really cold
drink hot stuff like tea and soup
i hear stess can also stop u 4rm getting ur period
Sometimes near changing medication or getting on a new pill, your system is messed up for a while. If you have one period on the medication, that would indicate that things are probably ok. You should still let your doctor know, because some medicine don't work with some nation, and this could be the case.
Also, contained by some rare cases, the pill doesn't work remarkably well for some relatives. If you are sexually active, you COULD be pregnant, but I would speak that this is really unlikely, first because you have be taking medication and secondly because the period you own on the pill is not a real time. It is more of a "withdrawal" period because you haven't have the medicine contained by a few days.
Don't panic nearly it unless it keeps going on, but mention to your doctor.
don't worry i bet you're newly pregnant. hey! My sister was also on depo and after getting past its sell-by date of depo (and not using any other form of birth control after) she did not get her spell either. I honestly don't surmise it is something to worry around. I also have taken different forms of birth control, such as depo and orthro tri cyclone and I own had missed period because of it. I think depo can mess beside your system.I have set people to not return with their period for a year after...and some to find their period for adjectives months! I honestly wouldn't worry going on for it unless you dont get your extent for more than a few months.I hope this helps you :)
it took give or take a few a year for my cycle to go rear to normal after depo injection, but some direction, you can't know for sure that you aren't pregnant unless you've already taken a test and its come vertebrae negative. if you haven't have a test, next take one only to be on the safe side.
