How to determine the ovulation year?
Answers: If you are irregualr it's too easier said than done to say. Lots of things can incentive irregular periods. Call your doctor and set an appointment to determine what it is.
If you are regular...later it's easy to find out. Take your middle-of-the-road cycle (usually around 28 days could be as little as 24 or as much as 35) and subtract 14. (The luteal phase is always 14 days, after ovulation.) So if you enjoy a regular 28 day cycle, you will ovulate on time 14.
Hmmm...you look like a guy. A usual period is between 24 and 32 days(its true). Go to doctor and check it out, at hand are too many diffrent possibilities for this to know how to pin point how you can fix it or how to know when you are ovulating. Doctor will probably suggest to go on the pill to regulate your length for a while though.
Good Luck :)
