HELP!! Seriously cramping and I am at work!! What can I give somebody a lift?

I started to cramp last dark, badly, so I took 3 Aleve and no material relief until I of late fell asleep. Now I have gotten to work and they own started back. I hold taken 3 Aleve's again around 8:00am, (its10:19am) and drank some hot tea. But the cramps are starting to get material uncomfortable and bumpy. It there something I can lug so I dont have to move out work? I dont want to leave b/c I have to leave precipitate a couple of days last month for my son doctors appt, etc. I am trying to hold out until lunch at lowest possible and if nothing give by then, I may enjoy to leave.
But I be just wondering if they is anything else I can transport while I am at work. I dont get cramps alot but when they come.BOY, do they come..

OTC medication will help some, but exercise (like walking) will relief more. The more you sit still the more painful the cramps will be. Heat can oblige if you just cant go and get up a lot and move around at work. If you cant plug contained by a heating wipe at work take a tube sock or something close to that and fill it beside rice. then jam the end and put it surrounded by the microwave for a few minutes the rice will hold the heat and it works great for other things resembling stiff shoulders or neck too. (I wouldn't put the rice contained by a plastic bag though, it will melt) this wishes to be cloth.
